Last Updated: April 1, 2025

Welcome to NSEA. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site, you affirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years old. If you are accessing or using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. Your acceptance of these Terms is a requirement to access and use the Site.

2. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Site, you are solely responsible for any User Content that you upload, post, or otherwise submit to the Site. This includes ensuring that any User Content complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights. You agree that you will not upload any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. User Content should not infringe upon the intellectual property rights or any other rights of any third party. NSEA reserves the right to monitor User Content and to remove it at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of violations of these Terms or other applicable laws. Additionally, you agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process, and to keep such information updated.

2.a Member Contributions and Achievements

NSEA encourages its members to share their personal achievements and success stories on the Site. These posts from members who have reached their goals can serve as inspiration and motivation for others in the community. By sharing these achievements, members contribute to a supportive environment where everyone can learn from one another's experiences.

However, it is important to understand that results may vary. Not every approach or strategy that works for one member will necessarily work for another. Each individual’s journey is unique, and the circumstances surrounding personal success can differ widely. You must assess the information, strategies, and experiences shared by others critically and independently.

While NSEA values and supports the sharing of personal stories and insights, it is essential to acknowledge that NSEA is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from the implementation of advice, strategies, or techniques derived from such posts. By choosing to share your achievements or by utilizing the information posted by other members, you agree that you are doing so at your own risk, and you acknowledge your responsibility to stand on your own.

2.b SEND A REQUEST

Send your request to (nseac@proton.me) to have your story shared on the members pages. A small clip may appear on the non-member side. All submissions must abide by all the terms of service.

3. User Behavior Policy

To promote a respectful and productive environment, NSEA has established a user behavior policy. As a user, you agree to engage in conduct that fosters a positive atmosphere. Abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior towards other users or NSEA staff is strictly prohibited. This includes using offensive language, making personal attacks, or engaging in bullying behavior. Violations of this policy may lead to immediate suspension or termination of access to the Site without prior notice. NSEA reserves the right to take action against any conduct we deem inappropriate, including but not limited to banning users who violate this policy.
